Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for web based orders will be calculated and charged on the day the items are shipped. The shipping charges will not be 'FREE' or TBD or etc. like stated on their invoices from the web host.

Shipping Rates

Customers are financially responsible for all shipping & handling charges unless charges are previously approved and waived and/or discounted by Cr Designs.

Shipping rates are based off UPS standard ground rates and order destination address. Handling charges are based off cost and how much material is used to safely send your orders. Large orders may be sent using UPS Freight and are subject to UPS Freight rates at the time of sending your order.

Shipping Timeline

All products are hand made to order. You can expect orders to ship anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks out from the date of receiving your order.

Weather and temperature conditions affect delivery dates of our products. Orders will be held when the shipment route experiences temperatures higher than 89 degrees or lower than 18 degrees until temperatures resume in the safe range.

Conditions

Back orders will be shipped as stock is available unless cancellation date is provided by the customer.

At this time, Cr Designs does not provide drop shipping.

All claims for discrepancies and/or damages must be reported within 5 business days from receipt of shipment. To evaluate product quality and packaging, you may be required to return damaged and/or defective items. Original box, packing material, and tracking labels must be saved in case of carrier inspection.

A refused order occurs when the customer refuses to accept the packing during a delivery attempt. For a refused order, freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

An order that needs to be re-shipped will be charged additional freight charges.

Cr Designs reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove our Business Terms at any time and without prior notice. Please check our terms regularly to ensure that you are up-to-date on any changes. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes but cannot be held liable for failure to act. By continuing to do business with Cr Designs, we will conclude that you agree and acceptance of the current terms in place at the time of transaction.
